How to plot wxsymbols according to forecasted weather

Hi!

I would like to make a map like this one:

So, I have two questions, is there available free gs script for that?
And, second, I see symbols on that map that does not exist if i run
wxsym.gs script. For example, symbols for cluodiness. How to include
that additional symbols?
