I think you can download it from:

and please find attached a GrADS script "regrid_pptn.gs" which regrids a
precipitation field from a 2.5x2.5 degree lat/lon grid to a 5x5 degree
lat/lon grid.  Here is the output from running "regrid_pptn.gs":

ga-> regrid_pptn.gs
No hardcopy metafile open
All files closed; all defined objects released
All GrADS attributes have been reinitialized

the output grid is UNIFORM lat/lon:
dx =  5.00 deg and dy =  5.00 deg
# points in i(lon) =  72  # points j(lat) =  37
lon extent =    0.00 to  355.00 lat extend = -90.00 to  90.00
regrid method is: bilinear interpolation

FORTRAN STOP
Hardcopy output file is closed

Please let me know if you would like to see the GrADS plots of the
precipitation fields.
