convert ascii sation data in to grads readable format

Hi all,

I have station data with three columns (x, y, z). But the number of lines are in the order of lacs.  So I Cannot able to plot in the octave/R.  So, I wish to try the same in grads. can any body tell me how to do this ?

Or

any body able to provide the fortran code to convert the station data (*.dat) in to grads readable (*.grd) format ?
