Streamfunction and Velocity Potential!

Dear GrADS Users,
I am using Windows version of GrADS and I need to Compute the streamfunction and velocity potential from global grids of u and v components of wind.
I knew that you there is a UDF program for computing them which is developed by Dr. Fiorino and I downloaded the psichig.tar, but as I told before, I am  using the Windows version of GrADS and I'm not a computer expert. So I want to know that is there any other way to compute them with Windows version of GrADS or a simple .gs?
I would appreciate the assistance.
