ctl templates

I fixed index filename, eg.: fnl_0403.idx instead of
fnl_0403%d2_%h2_00.idx as suggested and I had no problem during openning
the fnl_0403.ctl. However as I have sevaral file .idx
(fnl_040321_00_00.idx, fnl_040321_06_00.idx, and so on) the time does not
overlap when I set (set t 1 last).
what should I do at this time?
