wrf problem

Hello :

I've attempted to apply ave funtions
'd ave(u,t=1,t=24)'
'd ave(v,t=1,t=24)'

WRF data (converted to GrADS via > WRF2GRADS program).
but I cannot visualize v variable, I obtain error :

ga-> d u
Contouring: -6 to 8 interval 1
ga-> d v
Low Level I/O Error:  Read error on data file
  Data file name = dia.bin
  Error reading 27 bytes at location 58968
Data Request Error:  Error for variable 'v'
  Error ocurred at column 1
DISPLAY error:  Invalid expression
  Expression = v



somebody can give a suggestion me?
