regrid files

i am calculating moisture flux vector using the foll script which
reinit

it works with ncep/ncar data, but when i use it with ecmwf data, it gives
s errors, as
world grid coordinates byond data , error with q.2.
i have downloaded the files from ecmwf with levels 1000-10 for u,vwind and
1000-300 for sphum.
kindly help me

also when i open the files separately in grads. for u and v wind it shows
lev set from 10 10
but for sphum it shows lev set from 300 300.
i have downloaded the data in sequence but the levels are from high to low

i integrated from 1000 t0 10 taking specific humidity, u,vwind for all the
levels. the values are coming very high -1500 1500
whereas for ncep/GAME it was from -100 600
kindly suggest soem help
