maximum size of the netcdf files

Hi,

I have tried versions 1.8s11 and 1.9b4, but I haven't got large netCDF-files
working on my linux (kernel 2.6.9-34). This is the output from version
1.9b4, netCDF filesize is about 2.4 Gb:

How do I configure and compile GrADS with large-file support? I'm using
netcdf version 3.6.1.
