Calculating Seasonal Averages in grads

Hi all-
We're looking for an easy way to calcuate seasonal averages in grads.  We
have anomalies for all months and are trying to return a DJF average of
the anomalies, not just a December or January or February average.  I
think we're missing one step, so if anyone has any suggestions as to how
to go about doing that, it would be extremely helpful.  Thank you so much!
