gradshdf disabled problem in fc4

Pat,

  I figured out the szip path
  this time gradshdf section shows more "yes"
  then...
   checking for ncopen with hdf link flags... no
  I attached my new log files
  Could you help me about this?

The issue is that libsz isn't found, although hdf is compiled with sz support.
So there are link errors. You should tweak for example LDFLAGS, or install
libsz at the usual place. Or remove szip support from hdf. libsz isn't free
software, so cannot be distributed as part of fedora, for example (and it
can't be packaged at livna nor anywhere else because it isn't even allowed
to redistribute it freely and unmodified).
