gradshdf disabled problem in fc4

  Attached are my config.log & configure output
  and my configure setting again

With enable-dyn-supplibs the libraries are searched on the system, and
it seems it fails. Without dyn supplib you may run into binary interface
incompatibility issues, but you have all the libraries easily available.

This is where the issue comes from.
