Help in reading .nc file

Sir,
 I am srinivas from AU
 If anyone worked in this topic plese help me sir.
 I write binary file using set gxout fwrite command for .nc file
 I created a .ctl file to read the binary data and  after seen that
 the two files output is not the same.
 Where the problem is
 Is it right to write data file for .nc file
 Please help me sir.
