GFS Ensemble high resolution in Nomad5

The c00 is the T126 (spectral resolution) control run for the ensemble.
The others, p01, p02,...,up to p14, are perturbation runs. The
perturbations are developed by using a method called ETKF (Ensemble
Transform Kalman Filter), where the initial conditions that will produce
the most spread in the ensemble are determined using statistical means.
