.gs script for reading JTWC best track data

Jason ... I have a parser I wrote up in Java to reformat both the JTWC
Best Track and NHC data into a common more usable format if you're
interested.  It creates individual storm track files and a summary file
as well.

Let me know offline from the Users List if your interested and I'll send
it to you.
