Then you should verify that the name of your script is trial.gs and
not trial.gs.txt as it could happen if you created the script using a
standard Windows application and haven't modified that annoying
Windows default option that hides (supposedly) known file extensions.

Type !dir at the GrADS prompt to see the actual name of your files in
the /programs/pcgrads/win32e folder.
