how to calculate cape and lcl

Dear Grads Users

 I need of plotting the spatial variation of LCL and CAPE.  but i dont know how to calculate it usinf NCEP reanalysis data set.  if anybody have the source code for getting CAPE and LCL, I request you to forward the same.
