Dan,
Have you tried 'set digsiz'? That should work.

Subject
controlling size of wind barbs

List,

Can someone tell me how you control the size of the wind barbs produced
when using gxout=barb? I've messed around with the thickness, and while
this is useful, I need my barbs themselves to appear bigger, not thicker.
I've been told that I could just as easily use streamlines or arrows, but
I'd prefer to use barbs since they'll be most easily recognized by the
users of the image. Anyone know how to make the barbs larger?

Thanks,
Dan Leins
