lat4d.gs documentation

Hi All,

The lats4d.gs script is available for download from the GrADS Script
Library at http://grads.iges.org/grads/gadoc/library.html.  Just to the
right of the script name are the comments, which indicate that there is
additional documentation ("See additional documentation.").   But the link
to the documentation is broken ("Our Apologies.  You have been directed to
a web address that is no longer correct.").

Does anyone know where to find the documentation for the lats4d.gs script?
