How to plot country borders?

Hi,

I have been useing 'set mpdset hires' and I have country borders. But, my
country is now devided in new 7 country (Croatio, Bosnia, Serbia,...) and
with '... hires' I do have border my excountry. I have coortinate of my
country, with lat i lon, whole country.
Does anybody knows how can I plot it? Maybe some *.gs scripts?
