GrADS DODS Win XP -> Linux

Hi there
    This seems more to be a network problem, see if you can ping the
monsoondata server from the box, if not then thats the area to look in,
otherwise if you are behind a proxy server you may need a .dodsrc config
script to point grads to go via the proxy server.
