20 years Mean OLR

Dear Grads Users

  I have daily olr data file which contains data from 1974-2005 (daily). I want to plot a 20 Years mean time-longitude cross section plot (10 day running, average 35N-55N) for 10E - 45E.

  Please help me how to plot in grads.
