GFS Analysis Complete has gone completely!!

When I went to update analyses for March for some locations from:
  http://nomads.ncdc.noaa.gov:9091/dods/NCEP_GFS_ANALYSIS/analysis_complete
I found it has completely vanished.

  Is this a temporary disappearance, or permanent?
  Or has it moved somewhere else?
