interpolation with REGRID2

After downloading regrid2 you also have to make it UDF (user define fuction)
in GrAD. Go to the readme file in regrid2 folder and make all changes
(setenv ) in your .bash or .profile file as well as in grads folder.
After this use the command
d regrid2(variable,0.72,0.72,bl)
for bilinear interpolation.
