realtime metar netcdf data

List,
 Does anyone know of where I can download realtime surface observation data 
from the web in netcdf format? I can do this at work easily enough, but I'd 
like to know where I can get it publically. Does anyone have any sites they 
use to obtain realtime surface ob data to plot in GrADS?
