I've been following discussion on obtaining political boundaries ...

If you have a solution for Vinoj (lat,lon), please
let me share this, too.

I'm currently writing a software to extract observations
over given countries using home-made SQL-compiler;
what I want to do eventually is:

SELECT obsvalue,flags,...
FROM   our_obs_table(s)
WHERE  inside(lat,lon,'ITALY')
;
