Thanks for sandip dhomse and Becker, Bernd,  It works! the index file formed

But when i use GrADS, it warns me with "undefined values".

ga-> d no2tsfc(t=6)
Cannot contour grid - all undefined values

I changed to other variables or dimision, answers are the same.
Is the file contain on data? or anything else?

Any suggestion will be appreciated! Thank you!
