ECMWF ensemble forecasts problems: perhaps tdef?

Everything is working:

I've sliced the grib file with each ensemble member new ones;
and changed the initial time to 00Z02mmmyyyy instead of 00Z01mmyyyy (the
one generated by grib2ctl.pl,)according to the first ensemble variable

Now i'm able to plot everything from the file;
