it is very simple.
you can download regrid2.tar from the net and compile
it. set the environment variable GAUDFT to spcified
path of the file udft.regrid2. also check path of
regrid2.exe in udft.regrid2. then start in grads.
open the ctl file having your predefined x and y defs.
now use command
d regrid2({variable},0.2,0.2,bl)
bl is used for bi-linear interpolation
this should work.
