subscript and superscript

you may need to remove the quote before "draw" and after "Temperature" if
entering manually at the command line:
draw string 1.0 2.0 Temperature [`a0`nC]

otherwise, if in a script:
'draw string 1.0 2.0 Temperature [`a0`nC]'
