[GRADS] LATS4D netcdf to Grib Format

I'm trying to convert netCDF files from ERA, to grib format ...
(and then, use MM5's REGRID)... but the website:

http://www-pcmdi.llnl.gov/software/lats/

and/or

http://dao.gsfc.nasa.gov/software/grads/lats4d/

not longer exist...
Any idea ?
