Saving and Printing EASY QUESTION HELP!

Hi,

So I am running GrADS on windows and I have a display of what I want.  Now I want to save it to a certain directory, say C:\GRADS\test.  I tried a couple things but I am unsure how to save what I have displayed.  I then wanna access it, send it in an email and print it out.

Help?
