line of best fit

Hello,
I have plotted an XY scatter plot for an x series and y series with n
number of time points.I have been able to calculate a regression line
for this data using the tregr function. However, this line passes
through the origin and thus does not give a real 'line of best fit' for
my data set. Does anyone have a script or know of a inbuilt function
that will calculate a line of best fit for a plotted X-Y data set?
