JMA data format (NuSDaS) to grib or grads format ?

Hi, GrADS experts,

I am sorry to post this subject here, but I think there shold be some kind
person can help me.
I need the code to read and plot figure of the of JMA's original data in
NuSDas format, is there anybody can provide it? Thanks.
