Grads 1.9b4 install from source

Hello,
I am trying to install Grads 1.9b4 from source. I have got a Pentium M 1.5 GHz
and 512 MB RAM running Suse Linux 9.2. This is what I did:

What doesn't Grads find udunits.h? What is going wrong? How can I fix this?
