maximum grid size with regrid2

Dear all,

I would like to use regrid2 to input a 2048x1024 regular
grid and output a gaussian T63. However, the precompiled
binaries have a maximum limit of 730x380, as explained
in 'regrid2.txt'.

In this help file, Mike Fiorino also says that it is very easy to
overcome this problem. Its only necessary to change
nimax and njmax in the source code.

Does anyone have the source code?

I sent an email to Fiorino, asking for it, but the email
bounced. I tried "fiorino at typhoon.llnl.gov"... maybe
there's a new one?
