CAPE value

hello all users,
i understand that the CAPE /CINE values are calculated
for single station meteorological soundings like
RADIOSONDE. can we calculate the CAPE / CINE values
using gridded data like ecmwf. i apologise if i
mistake this; i am a new comer to this. Any idea to
calculate these on all grid points would be helpful.
