BUFR in GrADS

Good day all,



I  have an MSG file in BUFR which I need to manipulate and/or view in
grads, I came across essence of grads 1.9 where I found Bufrscan and
Bufr-tables information which I could not understand how to use them.
Can anyone help me with this?

 Attached are examples of BUFR files (from Eumetsat which are encoded
with master table version 10 and local table version 1).
