[Probably OT] Nomads coming and going

I have been in conversations with the NCEP over the past couple of weeks regarding this occasional situation. They have indicated that nomads servers 1/3, 2 and 5 are not operational yet. In that regard they have been doing periodic load testing to certify it and are working to resolve bugs as they are discovered. This testing in turn creates an inability for external users to get full use of the system. I believe the last few weeks they've been focusing on nomad1/3, and now it's nomad2's turn. The servers apparently are quite capable, we just need to be patient so they can finish their tests.
