Problem starting with Grads

Greetings all,

I am new to Grads and the listserver. Name is Bob. Location is Naples FL. My issue is I don't seem to be able to open the tutorial
startup files, "model.ctl", etc. I get an error msg saying unable to open the descriptor file.
