Problem with Scatter plot

Hello Friends,

 I am using GrADS in 1.9 beta version. I tried to use 'gxout scatter'
to draw a scatter plot, but I could not do that. It was giving me line
plot itself.

Could anyone suggest me how to draw a scatter plot? Any options I need
to give prior to that?
