Problems compiling on SUSE

Try it with -DUSEGUI=0 instead. You can do this with arguments to the
configure script -- something like "--with-gui=no". The GUI interface
requires a lot of extra X libraries that are not in the supplibs
directory. These are not always available and unless you really need
the GUI interface you can simply build without it.  --Jennifer
