eofudf: fatal error

Hai
I seem to be doing it all correct as given in your manpage.
The program just creats r_pc.ctl, r_eof.ctl, eofudf.out, eof_in.txt
and eof_in.gad and fails to complete the output.
Following is the error msg. Can u help??
