gfs surface temp file problem

Hi all
    I'm having a bit of a confusing problem here, I have downloaded gfs
derived SST grib files from NCEP.
    When I display the data, I need to be able to display across the 0
meridian, however if I set lon -30 to 40 only values from east of 0 are
displayed.
    Any Ideas as to a solution, the ctl file is below.
