problem trying to plot TRMM data

Hello, people


  I am trying to plot the 3B42RT.ctl TRMM data in gradsnc but I am getting an error that says the entire grid is un defined.  This is what I did:

  1. Download all the data for the dates needed

  i.e 3B42RT.2004080800.bin  3B42RT.2004081009.bin  3B42RT.2004081303.bin
3B42RT.2004080803.bin  3B42RT.2004081015.bin  3B42RT.2004081306.bin

  2. Place that data in a separate file together with the 3B42RT.ctl

  3. Now in gradsnc:

       ga-> open 3B42RT.ctl

Cannot contour grid - all undefined values


  How can I plot the binary data that I need?
