Can GrADS directly write outputs in netcdf format?

Hello,
When I read the GrADS documentation, I found that  "gradsnc Reads
GRIB, gridded binary, BUFR, GrADS station data, NetCDF; Writes GRIB,
NetCDF".  I am very interested in how this works, but I failed finding
any details on GrADS website. If someone happens to have an example or
knows where I can find related documentation, please forward to me.
