ERBE data

Hello:

Does anyone have ERBE data in GrADS readable format, or have experience to
convert original ERBE data to GrADS readable format?

I look into original data at
http://eosweb.larc.nasa.gov/PRODOCS/erbe/quality_summaries/s10n_wfov/erbe_s10n_wfov_nf_sf_erbs_edition2.html. I
am not sure how to covert it to GrADS readable format.

I looking for ERBE TOA monthly radiative flux. Your help is appreciated.
