[GDS] using template and aggregation

Tony,
Set up some symbolic links that point to the data files but only 
contain the relevant date strings. Also, you must put either a ^ or the 
full path name in front of your filenames in the DSET entry. Without 
that, you will never be able to successfully open that file unless you 
are running GrADS in that same directory, which will not be the case 
with the GDS.
