List,

Has anyone had any success in downloading NCEP grib data from
ftp://ftpprd.ncep.noaa.gov/pub/data/nccf/com/nam/prod, and converting it
into a GrADS readable format using either this "degrib" or grib2ctl?
I've tried to use grib2ctl, I can generate a ctl file,, however when I
`gribmap -v -i model.ctl`, this is the output I get...

etc.....all the way down through Time out of bounds: 181. The map is
written, however when I try and display anything within GrADS, I'm told
that "Entire Grid undefined".

I followed the directions verbatim at
http://grads.iges.org/grads/gadoc/grib2.html, can anyone enlighten me on
what I may have done wrong? I've included some of my model.ctl file,
which is quite lengthy, but here's some of it anyway.
